Leftover burek for breakfast today. When Paul got up, we walked over to the grocery store just outside of Old Town to get some items.

After breakfast, we went to the Maritime museum right here in Old Town, just 5 minutes from the Airbnb.  I suppose if you were a sailor, it would be endlessly fascinating, but for a non-sailor, it was simply... endless. Three floors with 500 years of Montenegrin ships, captains, instruments, weapons, etc.

We spent about 2 hours, and 6 euros each, browsing through the museum.  When we came out, a cruise ship had pulled up to Old Town and it was quite crowded.
So we walked out of Old Town and through the port, following the promenade.  We stopped for lunch while walking to our destination, the aquarium. While we lunched, we watched the activity out on the bay and opined on the operations of a tourist submarine boat, that was on its way somewhere.

The aquarium (8 euros each), was very small, 16 tanks divided into 4 areas.  All representing sea life found in the bay and/or the Adriatic Sea.
It was raining quite a bit when we left the aquarium, stopping by the time we got back to Old Town.  We were looking for a car rental business I had previously identified on the map, when a private tour guy asked if we needed help.  He threw us his sales pitch, assuring us he could take us anywhere we needed, pointing out several tourist destinations.  I wanted some space to discuss, decide; so we got his name, Pavle, and number. Then we came back to the Airbnb to dry out for awhile.

After discussion, we agreed a good agenda tomorrow would be a drive to Hercig Novi, stopping at Porto Novi along the way. So I messaged Pavle via WhatsApp, and we settled on transport  for about 4 hours, for 120 euros. He'll pick us up here in Kotor, with luggage, and drop us at Tivat airport by 2pm.

For dinner, we wandered around the city walls,
followed by cats
before descending.

Old Town is a maze. We attempted (and at first failed) to find "Old Town Pub." Then passed by, and opted to come back to, "La Catedral Pasta Bar." Then we found Old Town Pub, but discovered it didn't serve food.  And when we tried to find the pasta bar again. It took two runs around the town to finally find it. The food was good.  We stopped for gelato afterward.

As I write this, Yelena, Paul and Randi are playing a complex card game that uses 2 card decks and rules they are referencing in a spreadsheet. Sheesh.
